The San Diego Velodrome Association (SDVA) is seeking to repair a deteriorated retaining wall and stair section of the upper viewing level at the San Diego Velodrome. Qualified, experienced, insured and licensed Contractors and Builders with proper documentation to perform said work in the City of San Diego should apply.
