This calendar is a beta version and may not be up to date!
This calendar is provided as a courtesy and is subject to change. We sometimes allow coaches to put their names on the calendar at certain times. This does not mean that the coach has private use of the track. These sessions are open training sessions and all members may use the track during these times. This information is provided as a courtesy so that the coaches may communicate with each other, and so that those who wish to avoid the track while there are large training groups out there may do so. It is the responsibility of all coaches and athletes to communicate with each other to allow a safe riding environment, and to allow fair use of the track to all members.
“Open” Means open member training, and any time that does not have an event scheduled is generally considered “open”.
“Public” hours are the only times when non-members and/or freewheel bikes may ride the track
Sessions marked as “open” or “recreational” does not imply that the gates will be unlocked. SDVA members are able to enter during these periods using the side gate, secured with a combination lock.
For recreational non-members, saturday morning is the most likely period when the track will be unlocked for your recreational use (no “training”)
Note, Approved motorbikes may be used in “open” sessions ONLY if ALL riders present agree to its use. Non-motorbike training takes precedent over motorpacing during “open” sessions.
